These General Terms govern purchases of the products offered through www.ausiellogioielli.it.

Before placing an order, customers are invited to read these General Terms of Sale carefully.

Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these terms in the manner specified during checkout.

AUSIELLO GIOIELLI offers jewellery and accessories available in its catalogue and, where expressly stated, products made or customised to order.

The essential characteristics of each product are listed in its product details.

Images are illustrative and are created with the aim of representing the product as faithfully as possible.

Some lifestyle or promotional images may have been digitally edited or created with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies. To assess the product's characteristics, customers are invited to refer primarily to the descriptions, dimensions, materials and specifications in its product details.

Slight variations in colour or visual appearance may depend on the device used to view the website, lighting conditions or, for handcrafted items and natural materials, the product's own characteristics.

Product prices are stated in euros (€).

Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any shipping charges and other applicable costs are shown to customers before the order is completed.

AUSIELLO GIOIELLI reserves the right to change product prices. Customers will nevertheless be charged the price shown when their order is submitted.

To make a purchase, customers select their chosen product and follow the procedure provided on the website.

Before final submission, the selected products, price, any shipping costs and total amount payable are summarised.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide during checkout.

After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation containing purchase information at the email address provided.

Product availability is shown in the relevant product details.

If, in exceptional circumstances, an ordered product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, AUSIELLO GIOIELLI will promptly inform the customer and refund amounts already paid where required.

Purchases can be made using the payment systems available at checkout.

Available methods: credit/debit cards / PayPal / bank transfer / other methods.

Electronic payment information is processed through the systems of the respective payment service providers under their terms and security measures.

AUSIELLO GIOIELLI does not directly retain complete payment card details when payment is handled by the relevant service provider.

Our products are dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving the order, subject to confirmation of availability and payment for the selected item. All items are carefully packaged and protected to prevent damage in transit.

For orders within Italy, Ausiello Gioielli offers free standard shipping from €150. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €10.

For destinations within the European Union, shipping is free for orders over €300; otherwise it costs €30.

For countries outside the EU, shipping costs €40 plus any customs duties or other applicable export charges. Shipping costs are charged at checkout as part of the total order amount.

Delivery within Italy takes 3–5 working days from collection by the courier. Ausiello Gioielli is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Ausiello Gioielli is exempt from liability for delays due to force majeure, strikes or natural disasters.

When the courier delivers the goods, the buyer must check that the number of packages matches the number stated in the email containing the order number sent by info@ausiellogioielli.it, and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and unaltered, including its seals, such as adhesive tape.

Any damage to the packaging or product, or discrepancy in the number of packages, must be reported immediately by writing "accepted subject to inspection" and specifying the reason, such as crushed packaging, on the courier's delivery note. After signing the courier's document, the buyer cannot dispute the external condition of the delivered items. Any problems with the physical integrity, conformity or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery by email to info@ausiellogioielli.it.

AUSIELLO GIOIELLI STORE COLLECTION - NAPLES

You can also collect your order from our store. During checkout, select: Collect in Boutique - Vicoletto Belledonne a Chiaia, 20 - 80121 Naples, Italy. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. Store collection is free. Please bring the order confirmation email, printed or digital, and an identity document. If someone other than the buyer collects the order, they must present written authorisation and a photocopy of the buyer's identity document.

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason within 14 days, in the cases and according to the procedures provided by applicable law.

For goods, the withdrawal period normally starts on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must explicitly communicate their decision to AUSIELLO GIOIELLI using:

Following withdrawal, all payments made to Ausiello Gioielli will be refunded. To qualify for a refund, customers must return the goods at their own expense, or deliver them in person, as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after communicating their withdrawal, to the following address:

Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received, and the goods must arrive in perfect condition. Any damage may be deducted from the refund.

Unless stated otherwise or required by law, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may be excluded, among other cases provided by law, for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Accordingly, when jewellery is made to a customer's specific requirements or clearly personalised for them, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

Any exclusion will be clearly communicated to customers before completing the purchase.

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, AUSIELLO GIOIELLI refunds the amounts due within the time limits provided by applicable law.

Refunds will normally use the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer and provided that the customer does not incur costs as a result of the refund.

AUSIELLO GIOIELLI may withhold refunds in the cases permitted by law until the goods are received or the consumer provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

If a product does not conform, customers may exercise the remedies available under applicable law against AUSIELLO GIOIELLI.
