Club Ausiello Gioielli and email marketing
With your optional consent, Ausiello Gioielli uses your email address to send collection news, offers, invitations and promotional communications. Subscription to the Club takes effect immediately when you select the consent checkbox and press the subscription button; no email confirmation is required. This choice is independent of cookie consent and is not required to browse or purchase. We record your name, email address, language, source, subscription date, consent method, wording and version. Subscriptions are retained until withdrawal, which deletes the subscription record. You can withdraw by writing to info@ausiellogioielli.it or using the unsubscribe link in future promotional emails. Email delivery involves our hosting/email provider.
We send a welcome email when you join. If the first-purchase offer is enabled and you are eligible, it includes a personal discount code associated with your email. Discount codes and their use are recorded separately from marketing preferences; unsubscribing stops promotional emails.
Abandoned basket reminders are sent only to Club members with active marketing consent. When you begin checkout, we associate your email with your selected product IDs, variants, quantities and last activity. After 24 hours of inactivity, we may send one reminder with links to restore the basket and unsubscribe. Existing orders and payments requiring verification are excluded. Basket data is retained for up to 30 days after the last activity and removed on the next service run. Your delivery address is not stored for this purpose.
