Delivery within Italy takes 3–5 working days from collection by the courier. Ausiello Gioielli is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Ausiello Gioielli is exempt from liability for delays due to force majeure, strikes or natural disasters.

When the courier delivers the goods, the buyer must check that the number of packages matches the number stated in the email containing the order number sent by info@ausiellogioielli.it, and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and unaltered, including its seals, such as adhesive tape.

Any damage to the packaging or product, or discrepancy in the number of packages, must be reported immediately by writing "accepted subject to inspection" and specifying the reason, such as crushed packaging, on the courier's delivery note.
